diet high in carbohydrates and low in protein will increase your

very simple things you can do to determine your risk. The first
is to take the following quiz.
Add 10 points if you:

Add 5 points for each 'yes' response
if you:
· Have elevated triglycerides
· Have a low HDL level (good cholesterol)
· Are overweight (see BMI chart)
Add 2.5 points for each 'yes'
response if you:
· Have high blood pressure
· Have elevated cholesterol
· Retain fluid
· Crave sugars
Add 1.5 points for each parent
with a yes response:
· Has/had high blood pressure
· Has/had heart disease
· Has/had adult-onset diabetes
Check your scores and determine
your risk level:
· Less than 5: low risk
· 5-7.5: moderate risk
· 7.5-10: high risk
· 10 or more: you more than likely already have an insulin
disorder

determine your Body Mass Index or BMI. This is a chart that lists

All of the following ingredients
are found in the Slender Essense product.
Calcium Alpha Ketoglutarate- 400 mg. Works with the Kreb's cycle,
produces ATP, increases endurance and stamina.
Rhodiola Rosea- 250 mg. This standardized extract (3%
rosavin, 1.5% salidroside) increases energy (adaptagen), blocks
cortisol and acts as an appetite suppressant.
Coleus Forskohlii- 250 mg. This standardized extract (20%)
produces ATP which burns fat, stimulates the thyroid to produce
weight loss.
Caffeine- 200 mg. Produces energy and burns fat.
Octopamine HCL- 100 mg. Mobilizes fat so it can be burned
(citrus-based), acts as a slight appetite suppressant and stimulant.
Alpha Lipoic Acid- 100 mg. Insulin potentiator which utilizes

Protease AO- (Aspergillus Oryzae) 30,000 HUT units. Breaks

Lipase AN- (Aspergillus Niger) 1,280 FIP units. Breaks
down fat molecules or tryglycerides into three simple fatty acids.
