4. THE HUNZA : The story of the Hunza began
2,300 years ago with Alexander The Great. Alexander was the first
born son of King Phillip of Maseconia. The legend has said that
"the night before the consummation of Phillip's marriage
with Olympians, she dreamed that a thunderbolt fell upon her
body and kindled a great fire whose divided flames dispersed
themselves all about and then was extinguished" "Phillip
dreamed ' that he sealed up his wives body with a seal whose
impression was the figure of a lion" Some of the alchemists
and diviners interpreted Phillip's dream as a warning to "look
narrowly to his wife;" however Alexander of Telnessus assured
Phillip that the meaning of his dream was "that the queen
was with child of a boy, who would one day prove as stout and
courageous as a lion.," Alexander was born on the sixth
of Hecatombaeon, which is called Lous by the Macedonians - the
same day that the Temple of Ciana at Ephesus was burned to the
ground. The temple caught fire and was destroyed while the priestess
was assisting at the birth of Alexander. All the diviners in
Ephesus ran to and fro beating their faces and predicting "that
this day had brought forth something that would prove destruction
and fatal to all Asia!" as with the previous people the
Hunzas used " Glacial Milk "as the exclusive water
source used for drinking and irrigation purposes (the fields
are flooded, when the water soaks into the soil a thick layer
of mineral silt or "rock flour" is left on top of the
soil - this silt is plowed into the soil before it is planted).
The Hunzas remained unvanquished until 1891 when the British
Empire conquered and pacified the Hunzas by installing an Ismali
ruler known as Mir. The water originating from under the millions
of tons of ice grinding on the parent rock of Mount Rakaposhi
was so rich with minerals that it was a bluish white - so white
that the original peoples called it " Glacial Milk ".
For generation after generation, crop after crop and year after
year for more than 2,300 years the Hunza people have drunk and
irrigated their terraced fields with " Glacial Milk "
unwittingly assured their people of an optimal intake of more
than 60 minerals in the " Glacial Milk " of the Ultar
Glacier !!! Glacial Milk is a mixed liquid, a solution of ironically
dissolved elements and a suspension of the finely ground rock
dust "rock flour" ground from the living parent rock
of the mountain by glacial friction. The suspended minerals in
" Glacial Milk " are referred to as metallic colloidal
minerals. The average particle size of the metallic colloidal
minerals are 7,000 times smaller than a human red blood cell
- so small they can only be visualized with an electron microscope.
The raw rock inorganic colloids cannot pass through semi permeable
membranes and therefore produces little or no osmotic pressure,
depression of the freezing point of water (unlike a salt solution)
or elevation of the boiling point. These molecular mineral-alloys
or aggregates carry a uniform negative electrical charge.
Plants, wild forms and crops such as grains, vegetables, fruits,
and nuts take up these inorganic metallic colloids and convert
them into intracellular (within the cell) organic plant colloids
- these organic plant colloids are the form of minerals found
in and used by all living cells of plants, animals and humans.
It is eating of the plants rich in organic colloidal minerals
that is the secret of health and longevity of the five cultures
we have called " Age beaters" !!!
When these centenarians do die its not from cancer, diabetes,
heart disease, stroke or any other of the myriad of "natural
causes," "infirmities," or degenerative diseases
( mineral deficiencies ) that plague western cultures ;they do
not spend their last hours, days, weeks, months, or years in
clinic waiting rooms. In line at the pharmacy, hospitals, nursing
homes, or the ICU (intensive care units ) hooked up to tubes,
wires or devices smelling of death - or even contemplating suicide
because of unbearable pain or overwhelming medical bills. When
a centenarian does die it is usually in the cold of winter, which
can be quite cold above 8,500 foot level. Hypothermia is usually
the most common cause of death in these long lived cultures.
Organic colloidal minerals derived from plants are 98% available
to humans as compared to 8 to 12% availability for the metallic
minerals. The serendipitous irrigation of their terraced fields
with the common denominator of " Glacial Milk " from
the mountains containing 60 or more minerals is the secret of
the five cultures who live to be 120 to 140 hears of age. Their
terraced land, their " Glacial Milk " and their organic
agriculture are their whole life. Only they have been able to
fulfill their genetic potentials for longevity - and they have
done it without the "blessings of modern high tech medicine,
vaccines, antibiotics, steroids, or transplants.
